Ok, so I've been praying that God would send me a friend here. I told him "Boy, Girl, I don't care, just a friend" and you know what...He did it! I was sitting in church on Sunday and there was a couple about my age sitting right in front of me. Then during the "say hi to 50 people you don't know part of the service" this girl turns around and introduces herself. Says she's kind of new here. When she found out that I was too, she practictly yelled at me "can I have your number? can we get together?". I sort of yelled back "OK!" So we exchanged numbers. So tonight I met her for "soda" (not coffee here) and we hit it off. She even invited me to hang out on Saturday. So, I think God answered my prayer for a friend!
BIRTHDAY PARTY
Here's a couple of pics from Rowdy's birthday party. There were more adults than kids, but it was fun. There was a storm brewing (I know that sounds like hick talk, but it's true) so it was really windy (perfect for kite flying) and I got a couple of great "sun behind the clouds pictures". All the pics were taken at my sisters place.
These boys are my youngest brother and his friends (3 of them live with my Dad & Stepmom) The girl is my brother-in-law's daughter.

Ok, one more, I can't help it...this is bathtime fun... (it's ok to put this kind of a picture on my blog right???) I took this picture on my phone when I was watching all 3 boys once...I sent it to my sister...It's going to make a great bribe picture one day...
